Keep Calm and Eat Smart

The day 9 prompt of Health Activist Writers Month Challenge calls for a variation on a British World War II domestic morale poster intended for when an invasion was imminent. It's not too far a stretch to liken it to the scale of the diabetes epidemic hitting our shores now. It's also an interesting exercise to attempt to encapsulate my alternative treatment into a bumper sticker length message. Here's my effort.
